Standard Cleaning in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

Standard Cleaning for Cobble Hill Homes

Houses here tend to be narrower than in the Heights — often twenty feet or less — with steep stairs, rooms that reward careful, methodical cleaning rather than speed, and a back kitchen renovated into an open room with skylights and glass doors onto a garden. That brings a lot of glass and a lot of light showing every mark on it. A Standard Cleaning covers every floor: kitchen counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors sanitized; bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected; floors vacuumed and damp-mopped; surfaces dusted from shelves to baseboards; the skylights' frames, garden doors and interior glass squeegeed; trash out; beds made and rooms tidied. Two cleaners, one visit.

Cobble Hill is family territory, and in a household with children we pay particular attention to high-touch surfaces — door handles, light switches, the fridge door — and put toys and books back where they live rather than in a pile. Products are safe around kids and pets once surfaces are dry, and we'll go fully fragrance-free if you'd prefer. Every visit follows the same checklist plus your notes.

Most Cobble Hill families book a weekday morning after drop-off, and nobody needs to be home if you'd rather leave a key. Our cleaners are trusted and vetted, arrive within the window we agreed, and there's no stair fee for a narrow three-story house. Weekly plans are the norm here and save 20% per visit, and if something's ever missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Standard Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Cobble Hill.
