Standard Cleaning in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn

Standard Cleaning for Carroll Gardens Homes

The wide brownstones on President, Carroll and First Place have generous rooms, original detail — parquet, trim, mantels, plaster — and, very often, a renovated garden-level kitchen and a family spread across four floors. A Standard Cleaning takes the whole house on: kitchen counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors sanitized; every bathroom scrubbed and disinfected; floors vacuumed and damp-mopped on every level with a neutral soap on the parquet; surfaces dusted from shelves to baseboards and mantels; mirrors and interior glass wiped; trash out; beds made and rooms tidied. Two cleaners, one visit.

In a household with children we pay particular attention to high-touch surfaces — door handles, light switches, the fridge door, the stair rail — and put toys and books back where they live rather than in a pile. Products are safe around kids and pets once surfaces are dry, and we'll go fully fragrance-free if you'd prefer. Every visit follows the same checklist plus your notes, so the standard doesn't drift.

Most Carroll Gardens families book a weekday morning after drop-off, and nobody needs to be home if you'd rather leave a key. Our cleaners are trusted and vetted, arrive within the window we agreed, and there's no stair fee for a four-story house. Weekly and bi-weekly plans are the norm here and save up to 20% per visit, and if something's ever missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Standard Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Carroll Gardens.
