Standard Cleaning in Brooklyn, NY

About Our Standard Cleaning

Standard Cleaning is the service most Brooklyn households book most often: a thorough, room-by-room clean of your home covering the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and tidying. A trusted, vetted cleaner arrives on time with everything needed, works through a detailed checklist, and leaves the place looking and smelling the way you want to come home to.

The apartments, brownstones and converted lofts around Downtown Brooklyn have one thing in common: kitchens and bathrooms that work hard and show it quickly. A standard clean puts them right — counters, stovetop and sink sanitized, appliance exteriors wiped, bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected down to the fixtures — and then works through the rest of the home with the same attention. Floors are vacuumed and mopped with a product that suits them, surfaces dusted, mirrors and interior glass wiped, trash emptied, beds made.

What makes it consistent is the checklist. Every cleaner works from the same room-by-room list, so the standard is identical whether it's your first visit or your fortieth, and so nothing gets skipped because someone was in a hurry. Your cleaner brings all supplies and equipment; you don't need to buy or set out anything, and if you'd prefer a specific product on a particular surface, tell us once and it's noted.

You don't need to be home. A key or a lockbox is all we need, and most of our clients are at work while we clean. We book seven days a week including early mornings and evenings, at the same rate. The rate is flat and agreed before we arrive, and if anything falls short of the standard, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free.
