Recurring Cleaning in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn

Recurring Cleaning for Vinegar Hill Homes

Vinegar Hill is a handful of long-tenured owners in the old houses and newer arrivals in the converted buildings, and both book plans at every frequency. Weekly suits families in the houses; bi-weekly is the most common for loft couples; monthly works as a top-up. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning with the right product and tool on every surface — a neutral soap on old floors and a soft cloth on old trim in the houses, extension poles and a squeegee in the lofts — plus dusting, trash and beds, with detail tasks like mantels, blinds, vents and ductwork rotated across the month.

We hold your day and arrival window — weekdays, evenings or weekends at the same rate — and it stays yours. Notes on your home are kept on file so every cleaner follows the same routine, and you don't need to be there: a key or lockbox is enough and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. There's no contract, so pausing for a trip is a message, and so is adding a visit before visitors. For a whole house we send two cleaners.

The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in, with no stair fee. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours. Our office on Willoughby Street is minutes away for swaps and extras.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Vinegar Hill.
