Recurring Cleaning in DUMBO, Brooklyn

Recurring Cleaning for DUMBO Homes

Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning of the loft — kitchen and bathroom sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped with a product suited to concrete or wood, surfaces dusted, the big windows squeegeed, trash out, bed made — with detail tasks rotated so the ductwork, beams, high shelving and window mullions all get done over the course of a month with extension poles rather than never. Exposed brick is vacuumed with a brush head. Notes on your home are kept on file so every cleaner follows the same routine.

Bi-weekly is the most common frequency in DUMBO; weekly for a loft with a lot of foot traffic or a dog; monthly as a top-up for a tidy single occupant. We hold your day and arrival window — weekdays, evenings or weekends at the same rate — and it stays yours. You don't need to be there: a key, a code or a word at the building's front desk is enough and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. There's no contract, so pausing for a trip is a message, and we can send a photo of the finished loft if you're away.

The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours. Most DUMBO clients start with a one-off clean and move to a plan once they've seen the difference a fixed slot makes, and our office on Willoughby Street is ten minutes up the hill for swaps and extras.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in DUMBO.
