Recurring Cleaning in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

Recurring Cleaning for Cobble Hill Homes

The narrow brownstones between Court Street and the BQE are family territory, and a weekly plan is the norm for households with young children or pets; bi-weekly suits families with older kids. We hold a slot that fits the rhythm of your week — a weekday morning after drop-off is most popular — and send two cleaners so the whole house is done before pickup. There's no contract if life changes.

Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning on every floor: kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, floors damp-mopped, surfaces dusted, high-touch points like door handles, light switches and the stair rail wiped, the skylights' frames, garden doors and mirrors squeegeed, trash out, beds made and toys and books tidied back where they live. Detail tasks — baseboards, blinds, vents, radiator covers — are rotated across visits so the whole house is covered over a month. Products are safe around kids and pets, and we'll go fully fragrance-free if you'd prefer.

We keep notes on your home so every cleaner works the same way: which room first, where things go, what to leave alone. Nobody needs to be home — a key or lockbox is enough — and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in, with no stair fee. Skip a week, pause for the summer or add a visit before a birthday party with a quick message, and anything missed is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Cobble Hill.
