Recurring Cleaning in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn

Recurring Cleaning for Brooklyn Heights Homes

A preserved Heights house is a home that repays regular, careful attention. A weekly plan keeps heart-pine floors, marble mantels, plaster moldings and period fixtures at the standard they were built to; bi-weekly holds a well-kept house or a pre-war co-op comfortably. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning with the right product on every surface — neutral soap on wood, a gentle non-abrasive on marble, soft cloths on plaster — and detail tasks rotated so moldings, mantels, sills and radiator covers are all covered across the month. For a whole brownstone we send two cleaners so it's done in one visit.

We keep detailed notes on each Heights home: which pieces not to touch, which rugs need which vacuum setting, how the household likes things left, where the good glassware lives. Every cleaner works from those notes and the same checklist, so the standard is constant regardless of who comes. Our cleaners are trusted, vetted, punctual and discreet, and they put everything back precisely where it was.

You don't need to be home; a key or a lockbox is all we need. The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in, with no stair fee; there's no contract, and pausing for the summer or adding a visit before hosting is a message away. A seasonal deep clean can be added at a plan rate. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours, and our office on Willoughby Street is five minutes away.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Brooklyn Heights.
