Recurring Cleaning in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn

Recurring Cleaning for Boerum Hill Homes

A recurring plan holds a day and an arrival window for you — weekly, every other week, or monthly — and because we know exactly when we're coming, we discount the rate by up to 20% per visit and lock it in. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning across the whole house — kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, floors damp-mopped with a neutral product, surfaces dusted, the garden doors and glass squeegeed, trash out, beds made — with detail tasks rotated so moldings, mantels, radiator covers, blinds and vents all get done over the course of a month rather than never.

Weekly suits families in the row houses; bi-weekly is the most common for couples and apartments. For a whole row house we send two cleaners so it's done in one visit, usually a weekday morning while everyone's out. Notes on your home — the mantel to leave alone, the product for the stone counter, the room to do first — are kept on file so every cleaner follows the same routine and you never explain anything twice.

Leave a key or lockbox and you never need to be home; every cleaner is trusted and vetted. There's no contract: skip a week, pause for a holiday, or change frequency with a message. The plan rate has no stair fee, and our office on Willoughby Street is a few minutes away for a swap or an extra visit before guests. If anything falls short on any visit, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Boerum Hill.
