Recurring Cleaning in Brooklyn, NY

About Our Recurring Cleaning

Recurring Cleaning is what the majority of our Brooklyn clients end up on, for a simple reason: once your day and time are set, the whole thing runs without you thinking about it. Choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, and your rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in.

The economics are straightforward. A home cleaned every week or two never gets far enough behind to need heavy work, so each visit is quicker, the rate is lower, and the place is always somewhere you're happy to come home to. Across Downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights, most of our recurring clients settle on bi-weekly for a couple or small household, weekly for families, and monthly as a supplement to their own tidying.

Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds and tidying — and we rotate detail tasks like baseboards, blinds and vents across visits so the whole home gets attention over the month. Your cleaner works from a checklist and any notes you've given us about products, priorities or the things that matter to you, so you never have to explain anything twice.

You don't need to be home; most recurring clients leave a key or lockbox and simply come home to a clean place. We book seven days a week including early mornings and evenings, at the same rate. Your discounted rate is locked in, there's no contract, and you can skip, pause or change frequency with a quick message. Anything missed is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.
