Move In / Move Out Cleaning in DUMBO, Brooklyn

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for DUMBO Homes

We clean an empty loft the way a walkthrough inspects it, at every height: beams, ductwork and high shelving cleared with extension poles; factory windows squeegeed and their mullions cleaned; exposed brick vacuumed; every kitchen cabinet and drawer inside and out; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; behind appliances where they move; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed; closets wiped; light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned; walls spot-cleaned; floors — concrete, original wood or new planks — cleaned with the right product and detailed into the corners.

For departing tenants that's a deposit returned in full; for sellers, a walkthrough passed without comment. For arrivals it means the loft is genuinely clean — up top as well as underfoot — before your own furniture goes in. DUMBO moves often happen from a distance, and we'll send photos of every room when the clean is done so you can confirm the handover remotely.

A loft is a day's work for one cleaner, so we send two and finish in five to six hours. We schedule seven days a week including evenings at no premium and nobody needs to be there. The flat rate is confirmed before we arrive — a few photos help us make it exact. If anything is flagged within 24 hours, we come back and fix it free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Move In / Move Out Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in DUMBO.
