Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Boerum Hill Homes

For a rental or co-op apartment, that's the clean a landlord's walkthrough checks against: every cabinet and drawer inside and out; oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher inside; the stove pulled and the floor behind it done where possible; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed; closets wiped; light fixtures, vents, switch plates and door frames cleaned; walls spot-cleaned for the marks where furniture stood; window interiors, sills and tracks done; floors vacuumed, mopped and detailed into every corner. For a row house it's the same clean across every floor, with a team so it finishes in one day — and the garden doors squeegeed.

Boerum Hill's older homes add original details — floors, trim, mantels, plaster, old tile — which we treat with neutral, non-abrasive products so nothing is dulled on the way out or the way in. Moving in, that thoroughness means the home is genuinely clean before your belongings arrive: cabinets before the dishes, closets before the clothes, bathrooms before the first shower. Sales are often handled through a broker, and we're glad to coordinate with them.

We book to your dates — the day after the truck leaves, the morning before the walkthrough, the gap between keys and movers — including evenings and weekends at no premium, and nobody needs to be there. A one-bedroom takes three to four hours; a row house gets two cleaners. The flat rate is confirmed before we arrive, there's no stair fee, and if anything's flagged within 24 hours we come back free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Move In / Move Out Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Boerum Hill.
