When you're moving out of apartments, brownstones and converted lofts in Downtown Brooklyn, the clean is usually the last thing standing between you and your deposit — and it's the thing landlords check most carefully. We work through the empty home the way an inspection does: inside every kitchen cabinet and drawer, inside the oven, fridge and dishwasher, behind appliances where they can be moved, every bathroom fixture descaled and grout scrubbed, closets and shelves wiped, light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned, and finally every floor edge and corner.

Moving in, the same clean means you're not living with the previous occupant's dust. We clean the cabinets before your dishes go in, the closets before your clothes, the bathroom before your first shower. Most clients book us for the day between getting the keys and the movers arriving, and we schedule to fit that window.

We work with tenants, owners and landlords across Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill, often at short notice between tenancies. We book seven days a week including early mornings and evenings, at the same rate. The rate is flat and confirmed before we arrive, and if anything is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free.
