Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn

Airbnb / Rental Turnover Cleaning for Vinegar Hill Homes

A loft near the Yard is reset at every height — beams and ductwork dusted with extension poles, big windows squeegeed, concrete cleaned with the right product — to a checklist written for the unit. A Federal house is reset with restraint — original floors damp-mopped with a neutral product, mantels and trim dusted with soft cloths, old tile cleaned with non-abrasives — and put back the way the owners keep it, so an arrival feels like they just stepped out.

Each turnover strips and remakes every bed with fresh linens, disinfects the bathroom down to the fixtures, sanitizes the kitchen and puts the dishes away, vacuums and mops every floor, wipes mirrors and glass, takes out the trash, restocks toiletries and paper goods, and stages the home to match the listing or your notes. We flag anything left behind or damaged, and we can launder linens on site or coordinate with your linen service.

We schedule to the gap between departure and arrival — same-day is routine — with evenings and weekends at no premium. Companies housing project staff in several lofts can hold a standing arrangement with one point of contact. Pricing is a flat rate per turnover confirmed once we've seen the property; for a whole house or a large loft we send two cleaners. Anything missed is fixed free within 24 hours.
